REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All items sold at MelnNis are non-refundable.

Each purchase order is eligible for a ONE-TIME exchange.  Customers who wish to lodge an exchange request must do so within seven (7) days of delivery via email orders@melnnis.com with a photo clearly showing the receipt number.  Customers must also state the item(s) they wish to return and exchange for, otherwise the request will NOT be processed.  Successfully requested customers will then be notified with a return address via the email address they nominated (normally within two (2) days).  

N.B. Customers are responsible for the return and exchange shipping charges.  The returned item(s) must be unopened and in their original saleable condition.  We cannot processed   

MISSING ITEM 

In the case of a missing item, please email us via orders@melnnis.com within three (3) days from the date of delivery and our customer care team will look into the matter and get in touch shortly.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us via orders@melnnis.com within seven (7) days and our customer care team will get back to you ASAP.  Once the item is confirmed to be defective, MelnNis will cover all shipping costs and do our best to replace it with a new one in the same model and size (subject to stock availability) soonest possible.


MelnNis reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges on all products purchased at www.melnnis.com and our REFUNDS & EXCHANGES policy are subject to change without prior notice.
