REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We regret that MelnNis do not have a refund policy.
Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item (subject to stock availability). The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Only items purchased from MelnNis can be returned for exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Where itemsare to be exchanged, the customers are responsible for all the shipping andadditional postage charges.
If there is a missing item or the item you received is incorrect or defective, please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery and our customer care team will get in touch with you.
For defective items, MelnNis will cover all shipping costs and do our best to replace the item with a new one in the same model and size (subject to stock availability) soonest possible.
